EverEden^™ USA, LLC d/b/a BeLoved^™ Salon & Spa (“BeLoved^™,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you visit belovedsalonandspa.com (the “Site”) or book, contact us about, or receive services from us.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you call, text, email, or book with us, you may share your name, phone number, email address, appointment details, and information about your hair, scalp, skin sensitivities, allergies, or prior treatments so that we can serve you safely and well.

Booking information. Online appointments are scheduled through Square Appointments, a third-party service. Information you enter there, such as your name, contact details, and any payment details, is collected and processed by Square under Square’s own terms and privacy policy. This Site does not collect or store payment card numbers.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We use this only to keep the Site running, secure, and working properly.

Cookies. The Site itself does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Third-party content embedded on the Site, such as Google Maps, or services you open from the Site, such as Square, may set their own cookies under their own policies.

How we use information

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (for example, Square for scheduling and payments, our web hosting provider, and Google Maps), when required by law or legal process, to protect the rights, safety, and property of our clients and business, or with your consent. If our business is ever sold or reorganized, client information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Third-party links and embeds

The Site links to and embeds services operated by others. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to read their policies before sharing information with them. When our shop opens, links to third-party retailers may be affiliate links, and those retailers or their partners may use cookies to track referrals.

Retention and security

We keep client information only as long as needed for scheduling, service records, and legal or accounting purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, subject to any legal or record-keeping requirements. Information stored in Square can also be managed through Square. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor valid requests as required by applicable law. To stop receiving reminders or messages, follow the instructions in the message or contact us.

Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Appointments for minors should be booked by a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
