Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of terms

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of belovedsalonandspa.com (the “Site”) and the services offered by EverEden^™ USA, LLC d/b/a BeLoved^™ Salon & Spa (“BeLoved^™,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or book services.

Appointments

Services are provided by appointment only. Appointments may be booked online through Square Appointments, or by phone, text, or email. A free consultation is available, and a consultation appointment is required. Please provide accurate contact information so that we can reach you about your appointment.

Pricing

Prices shown on the Site are current prices, starting prices, or ranges, and may change without notice. Your final price depends on factors such as hair length, thickness, condition, the products used, and the time required. Brazilian Keratin Treatments are priced by quote, so please call for a quote before your appointment. We will confirm pricing with you during your consultation or before your service begins.

Cancellations, missed appointments, and late arrivals

We request that cancellations be made as soon as possible, and at least two hours before your scheduled appointment. Clients who miss an appointment without prior notification may be subject to a $25 service fee.

To keep our schedule on time, late arrivals will not receive an extension if another client’s appointment would be affected. Please reschedule if you will be more than 15 minutes late. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notification may be subject to a $15 service fee.

Client health and safety

Please tell us before your service about any allergies, sensitivities, scalp or skin conditions, medications, or previous chemical treatments (such as relaxers, color, or keratin treatments). We may perform a patch or strand test, modify a service, or decline a service if we believe it is not safe or suitable. We are not responsible for reactions or results caused by information that was not disclosed to us.

Results

Hair services produce different results for different people, depending on hair type, condition, history, and home care. Timeframes we describe, such as Brazilian Keratin Treatments lasting up to 4 months, are estimates and are not guarantees. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us promptly so that we can talk it through with you.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, images, logos, and design, and the name “BeLoved^™” and the phrase “Be You. Be Free. BeLoved.^™”, belong to BeLoved^™ or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

Third-party services and links

The Site links to and embeds third-party services, including Square for booking and Google Maps. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Shop and affiliate links

Our online shop is coming soon. When it opens, some products will be offered through affiliate links to third-party retailers. If you make a purchase through an affiliate link, BeLoved^™ Salon & Spa may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

Purchases are completed on the retailer’s website and are governed by that retailer’s terms, pricing, shipping, and return policies. We do not process those orders, and product availability and prices are set by the retailer.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeLoved^™ and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service at issue. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeLoved^™ and its owners, employees, and contractors from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Athens-Clarke County, Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and BeLoved^™ regarding the Site.
